Please remember to update your pet’s vaccinations before checking in. A hard copy of your pet’s shot records is required at boarding check‑in, on your pet’s first day of daycare, and during evaluation appointments — this applies to all returning guests as well. You’re welcome to upload your vaccination records in your customer portal or email them to us at info@fluffyspetresort.com, but we must still keep a physical copy on file for every pet. If your pet needs Bordetella, Fluffy’s offers the vaccine on‑site for a fee.

Our mornings and evenings are dedicated to higher‑traffic operational times — daycare check‑ins and check‑outs, outdoor potty breaks, meal service, and facility sanitizing. Midday is intentionally quieter, as our guests enjoy their structured nap‑time reset with dimmed lights and calming spa music. This downtime helps dogs decompress, recharge, and maintain a balanced, happy temperament for the rest of their play sessions.

Instead of traditional kennel cages, we offer comfortable private suites, and every stay includes supervised Play Time in our Dog Daycare or Day‑cation program. Whether you’re heading to work, traveling, or simply need a trusted place for your pet to relax, Fluffy’s provides a warm, secure, joyful haven for your fur baby.
We also proudly care for cats, birds, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other pocket pets. For these smaller companions, owners must provide their own cage, enclosure, or habitat, as our built‑in accommodations are specifically designed for dogs and cats. We ensure their space is kept clean, safe, and comfortable throughout their stay.
To enhance your pet’s experience even further, we are adding a brand‑new second outdoor yard — coming soon! This upgraded play space will feature improved turf, fencing, and enrichment elements, allowing for more group play sessions, safer rotations, and better outdoor enrichment once completed.

Daily Drop‑Off Hours:

🕒 All boarding guests must arrive during the posted Drop‑Off Hours.
This is so our team can properly check in each pet and prepare their suite accordingly.
✨ Early Check‑Ins:
🐾 Arrivals before posted Drop‑Off Hours incur an Early Check‑In Fee equal to a half‑day rate.
💗 Package Holder Benefit:
🐾 Guests with an active pre‑paid boarding package applied to their stay gets the Early Check‑In Fees waived.

CHECK‑OUT (PICK‑UP) POLICY:

Pick up by 1:00 PM on the day of your scheduled pick-up date.

This fee includes continued care such as:

LOBBY CLOSING REMINDER:
To maintain safety and ensure proper closing procedures, all pets must be picked up before lobby closing time.
If a pet is not picked up before closing:
🐾 The pet will remain overnight for safety. Pick up by 1pm next day.
🐾 A full nightly boarding rate will be charged, even if the pet was originally scheduled for daycare.
🐾 Standard check‑out and late check‑out policies apply the following day

💳 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
To secure a boarding reservation:
🐾 A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
🐾 The remaining balance is due at check‑in
🐾 Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the stay

💉 REQUIRED VACCINATIONS:
For the safety of all guests, all pets must be fully vaccinated and verifiable with your pet’s veterinarian prior to boarding or daycare.
Required Vaccines:
🐾 Rabies — up to date per veterinarian
🐾 Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) — up to date per veterinarian
🐾 Bordetella — required every 6 months (Fluffy’s policy)
Timing Requirement:
🐾 All vaccines must be administered at least 24 hours before your scheduled stay
(This ensures the vaccine has time to enter the pet’s system, especially for live vaccines.)
Bordetella On‑Site:
🐾 Fluffy’s offers Bordetella vaccinations on‑site for a fee
🐾 Must be administered before entering group play or boarding areas
Pets cannot be checked in if vaccinations are expired, missing, unverifiable, or not compliant with our 6‑month Bordetella requirement.
